Agent's Open House. A special weekday open house just for agents to preview the new properties on the market. We use this forum to gather valuable feedback about your asking price and the possible level of interest of your particular house. We also will notify top agents in the area of the new listing by email, fax and telephone.

Easy Access - Increased Exposure. We will install a lock box on your property to ensure maximum accessibility to the real estate professionals and potential Buyers, while maintaining your security and privacy.

Open Houses. Usually two Sundays or Saturdays in a row, followed with one every other week as attendance dictates.
